Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Arden mobile application ("App") operated by Routinery ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arden, you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Arden is a self-reflection and emotional wellness tool designed for parents and caregivers. It uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles to help users process parenting stress through guided conversation.

Arden is NOT:

• A licensed mental health service or therapy platform
• A substitute for professional psychological counseling or psychiatric treatment
• A crisis intervention service
• A medical or clinical tool

Arden is:

• A self-directed wellness and journaling tool
• An AI-assisted reflection aid based on CBT frameworks
• A personal support companion for everyday parenting challenges
