Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rights, responsibilities, and obligations between the Company and users regarding the use of the Fun Tap mobile application (the "App"), as well as the general conditions for using and providing the service.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• Company: the provider of the service through mobile devices, namely Routinery Inc.
• Service: all services the Company provides to users through the App.
• Application (App): the program downloaded and installed on a mobile device to use the service.
• User: anyone who accesses and uses the service under these Terms. The App does not require an account.
• Store: the environment where users install and pay for the App, including the Apple App Store and Google Play.
• In-App Purchase: a payment made within the App for a product ("Remove Ads") through a payment method registered with the Store.

Article 3 (Interpretation)

Matters not specified in these Terms, and the interpretation of these Terms, are governed by applicable laws (including consumer protection and standard-terms regulation laws) and commercial practice.
